Pre-Orders are orders of an item before it has been manufactured. Items marked as Pre-Orders will be available to purchase for a select period of time. After the time period has elapsed, production for the items begin!
When will my Preorder ship?

Orders that are In stock typically take about 1-3 business days to ship!

All sales final - no returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature of the merchandise, stock is not guaranteed to be available for size corrections and/or exchanges. Please make sure you have input your information correctly before ordering, we will not be correcting anything manually starting now, as it creates confusion. Crucial errors can only be fixed by canceling the order and re-ordering. If your item(s) arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order # so that we may provide a solution.

Shipping Policy
If your package is unfortunately lost, stolen, and/or damaged please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL) with your tracking number, so they can offer a solution. We are not responsible for your order once it's been shipped.
If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package.
